WHAT are the stand options and costs?

1. Stand space

The exhibition space per m² is 450,- €*

Sample calculation for a 9 square metre stand space:
9 x 450,- € = 4050,- €*

Included in your stand space are 3 passes (1 exhibitor batch to the value of 350,- €*, 2 full conference batches to the value of 2090,- €**), which will be issued for up to 9 m² stand space.

The personalized exhibitor passes are issued for every person working at the stand. With the exhibitor pass you have only access to the exhibition area. Exhibitor badges will be required of all booth personnel for admittance to the exhibit floor prior to, during, and after the opening hours of the exhibition.

With the full conference ticket the participants have access to the whole conference as well as to the exhibition area.


2. Additional tickets for exhibitors

cost for additional exhibitor tickets: 350,- €/each*
Welcome reception and event dinner are included in the price.

Apart from the exhibition, you have the opportunity to attend the lectures. As an exhibitor, you are granted a 10% discount on the regular registration fee. This offer is only valid for employees of the exhibiting company and cannot be transferred to third persons. The respective registration fees can be found in the event programme.


3. Rental stand

In addition to stand space, we offer rental stands for 90,- €/m²*

The rental stand includes:

  • carpet tiles grey
  • wall panels white (height 2,5 m)
  • 1 pc. lighting rail, with 2 spotlights
  • 1 pc. triple socket outlet
  • electric main connection up to 700W incl. power consumption
  • ground cleaning
  • alu fasica - incl. lettering board white (190 x 35 cm)
  • 1 pc. exhibitor name - lettering (max. 20 letters black)

9 x 90,- € = 810,- €*


4. Exhibitor furniture package

To equip your booths we offer exhibitor furniture packages for 270,- €* per package including

  • 3 pcs. chair "Tosca"
  • 1 pc. table "Business"
  • 1 pc. waste paper basket, black (depth = 28 cm, height = 34 cm)
    1 pc. bar desk white (height = 980 mm) incl. shelf (width = 990 mm; depth = 495 mm)

5. Co-exhibitor

Co-exhibitor fee and catalogue, Internet fee per co-exhibitor 300.00,-€*
Please note that this fee doesn’t include additional exhibitor and/or full conference tickets.
